Since 2013 Bonkerz has been the home of Safe Clean Fun on the Palouse. With the current public health situation our first priority is on SAFE, and so we are closing Bonkerz Indoor Playcenter to the general public until April 6th. We know that those of you who’ve scheduled parties or are current Bonkerz pass holders will have questions about the effects of this suspension of normal operations and we've tried to anticipate some of those here.
Q: I have a Month/Year/Subscription Pass
A: The clock on your Pass stops Monday, March 16th and resumes Monday, April 6th. Billing on the Subscription Pass will be suspended on Monday, March 16th.
Q: I have a Party Scheduled between March 16th and April 6th.
A: We are ready to host your party as planned. You will have the Playcenter to yourselves! If you would like to reschedule your party for a date after April 6th please contact us at email@example.com.
Even without the current public health emergency any facility frequented by families with young children will be a sanitation challenge. Our standard cleaning protocol involves the disinfection of bathrooms, Playcenter surfaces and toys with EPA registered disinfectants known to kill a wide range of viral and bacterial agents. We will continue to do all we can to ensure that Bonkerz remains a Safe place on the Palouse.
If you are attending a private party during this period we're asking for your help in keeping Bonkerz safe for the kiddos and families of the Palouse. If you or your kiddo have had a fever or persistent cough in the last 48-hours, please remain at home. Even under normal circumstances we have a “no-sick-kiddo” policy in the Playcenter, and it’s even more important now to keep the Playcenter population free of sources of infection. Thanks for your help!
